Fantastic customer service, friendly and polite staff. I wanted to get a gift for my friend and the member of staff who served us helped to make a fantastic choice. She patiently showed us all the candles, perfumes and diffusers that she thought we might possibly like.I will definitely go again.

My local store, where I buy my Orange Blossom Cologne regularly and where my husband comes to purchase Colognes and soaps to me. Always welcoming, friendly and polite staff. Store is clean, tidy and presentable! They offer lovely hand massages (appointment may be needed) and gift wrapping. In this store they do not stock Rare Teas Collection but they do normally have all limited editions.
