Andre is honestly the nicest kiehls staff I’ve ever met. Only went to recycle a couple of products and he gave me my birthday gift samples and explained the products really well. He was also friendly and really welcoming!

I recently visited Kiehl's as I have always wanted to try the brand but did not know a lot about the company. I spoke to a lovely lady called Cris from Brasil who helped me so much! She did her best to understand my type of skin (difficult when wearing a mask aha!) but was very reassuring. She helped inform me about the history of the company, it's founders and the products in-store. The most attentive sales experience I've ever had. New to the brand and not having a solid skincare routine Cris helped pick products suitable or my suit and explained how to use them and what they would do for my skin. I'm excited to try the products she suggested and see the results! Regardless, I will be returning to Kiehl's in Brent Cross again and again! I would heavily recommend Kiehl's and specifically Cris because of how amazing she is at her job. I Look forward to returning soon to try more products! :)

The most amazing service I was in Brent Cross today and was helped by the most respectful lady. I believe her name is Brenda . She guided me throughout the products suitable for my type of skin, offered me samples before I purchased anything so to see how my skin will react as its very sensitive. I can only recommend all to visit this store where I felt very important and received the best customer service ever. Thank you Brenda I hope to see you very soon again.

I had the most amazing service from Cris this past week. I have rosacea and have tried so many different products to no avail. Cris gave me a skin consultation and my skin was oily. She asked if I had any concerns and I said all about my fight with rosacea. She told me that she completely understood as she also have the condition. She recommended the cannabis sativa oil to help calm my skin. She gave me recommendations on a routine and I was not so sure about it as I have tried many different brands. Alas I asked for samples and she gave me what she had in stock including the oil. With a couple of days I could clearly see the changes, I was not red !!! It worked and without any doubt I purchase the new amazing routine. I’m very happy with the results and the amazing service I received from Cris. I can only thank you a 1000 times!

I have had an absolutely amazing experience today in this shop - big thanks to André de Wet! He has a fabulous knowledge about the products and really explained to me what is right for my skin. Customer service great if you're the only customer. Otherwise you might aswell come back later. They can't multi task. I stood behind a couple who didn't know what they wanted. The employee told them a story about his life. While the other was talking to other customers. I got have easily been served. I just wanted one purchase, no questions. I came back when it was empty.
