Lewis was SUPER helpful today! He was so attentive, helped me to select the perfect makeup brush and helped me to test the bronzers so that I left with the correct shade. On top of that, he was extremely positive and friendly during the whole experience. Definitely an asset to the team.

Okay so I’m in love with this one lip gloss so me and my friend bought it again because it’s too cute! Anyways, we as we’re about to leave the shop we realised we bought the wrong colour and they let us exchange it with no problem. Even though I didn’t get a receipt, the lady recognised me and said I could replace it anyways. Everyone there was so nice (including the not-so-scary security guard). ☺️

Fell in love with the store, extremely affordable pricing, range and quality of products available. The range available vary from natural subtle make up to ones for a more dramatic but classy finish to your look. I will be replacing a lot of my current cosmetics with this brand. Very polite and helpful staff who were happy to answer questions and give a lovely shopping experience.

This Kiko branch is the best I've been to purely because of the stunning interior design and the variety of products. Sales and promotions are usually the same nationwide. There are two floors, not sure what's downstairs. Staff are not friendly here (compared to Kiko staff at every other UK branch...)

Incorrect details... states it is open at 10am, I am outside at 11am and it is closed. Waited outside for a while before an unpleasant staff member came to say they open at 11.30am. Please update accordingly, as customers such as myself will not be impressed with having to wait due to incorrect information being made public. Edit - Once it eventually opened, another colleague came, and was extremely helpful and pleasant. Much appreciated

I am extremely happy with the service I received at Kiko Covent Garden in December 2018. It was a crowded day, and Kiko was able to provide just enough staff to cover each section. My friend and I were asking a lot of questions about nail vanish, when new products come in etc, and a female staff was extremely help in answering every questions and offered a lot of help. Though I didn't make any purchase on that day, but it was an experience I hoped for and I would be happy to pay the store another visit whenever I'm around. Thank you

Went here with the bae. Overpowering smells of nail polish. She Spent 20 minutes browsing and didn't buy anything. On the plus side, someone very talented was playing their guitar and singing outside; over all nice vibe!

This is my go-to Kiko store. I went this week and was assisted by Roselyn. She had the best energy, seemed so genuine and lovely and I felt amazing after. Always love Kiko's products, but this experience was so good that I even told my colleague the next day that I had a great service experience. I think it's really important to make sure you tell someone when they have been great :) Good vibes and kindness is so important
