I came here for an event but the downstairs is just as beautiful as the upstairs space. Could not fault it! Everything was clean, looked so well put together and the staff were super friendly. I also love the brand and their products so that helps too!

L'occitane at its best. Nice spacious shop with a very personal shopping experience. A lot of things to try from the brand. Also there is a macaroon shop inside and on the first floor you can sit and enjoy your treat with a coffee ☕ too. If your bought thing is a present they are happy to wrap it for free. Very professional.

The new UK flagship store! As flagship stores are, this L'Occitane is a grand version of its other stores. The ground floor has its selection of skincare products along with a Pierre Herme macaron counter. The first floor has an extended range of products and a cafe. As part of the flagship store launch, pastry legend Pierre Herme teamed up with skincare experts L'Occitane to pair fragrance with flavour and come up with a line of Pierre Herme hand creams. They even had a free hand massage for guests during the launch with a complimentary glass of bubbly and a macaron 🥂 ⭐namobytes ~ little bytes of insight⭐ This new collection of hand creams has a corresponding flavoured Pierre Herme macaron! Try them while you can 😋

Came to this store a few weeks ago to pick up some Christmas gifts, the lady who served me was so sweet and lovely! One of the best shopping experiences I've had in London. I know it's difficult to stay patient and in a good mood during busy Christmas times. It's crazy how one good encounter can make your whole day so much better!

I had this perfect service in the store yesterday. I got well greeted once I stepped into the store. The store atmosphere was wonderful, elegant and relaxing. The staff who was serving me was Madalina. She was kind and friendly to me the whole time. We spent some time on finding a particular body lotion I was looking for. Great selection of cosmetics. They also have small bags/boxes of little products, ideal for gifting. They also have testers on shelves for customers to try before they buy. Another impressive addition are the taps in the middle of the store allowing costumers to try wet products like hand washes, shampoos and shower oils before purchase. Just wanted to give a shout-out to Millie. She was so lovely. Really attentive, kind and felt welcomed by her literally as soon as I stepped foot in the store. It completely made my day. I've previously worked retail before and had always given it 100% to customers so was so disappointed because before stepping into L'occitane I'd had a day full of inattentive retail sales assistants in other shops and had come across some real poor attitudes. I'm young, so it made me feel like a right groucho well beyond my years! Such a breath of fresh air to get that treatment then because I just didn't expect it. No one needs a red carpet rolled out for them, all you need really is a 'hello' and to be asked if you need any help, but Millie went the extra mile. L'occitane hold onto her; absolute credit to your company

I forgot to bring my VIP GIFT card which came via post (exp 17 Sept - 31 Oct 2020). The lady at the till (Regent Street branch) refused to acknowledge it although I was on the mailing list. I did not have this problem with other L'Occitane store. She mentioned earlier that if I spend more than £55/ I could get the Precious Cleansing form worth £22/ for free. I have spend £57/ today yet I did not get my VIP gift nor the free clensing form as mentioned. She kept insisting that I should have brought in my VIP Gift card for prove. Instead she deducted £10/ off my bill. Why? I was not given a choice.

Great location and lovely big, clean store. Bright and spacious and the staff were brilliant. They were helpful without being cloying and rectified a minor mistake on their part with ease and good grace. We were over charged for an item and when they realised their error, offered us some miniature hand creams in liue of a refund. As I already had enough hand creams I asked if I could just have the money refunded, which they duly did and they still offered the hand cream as a gesture.

The customer service here is phenomenal! I must say I love the shop overall, no shadows of a doubt, but the best thing is the staff here, exceptionally great! I been served by Miako Japanese lady (who normally worked at Canon street branch she said) . She super helpful, not pushy, and attentive. She made me feel very special with her service, I love this flagship store by far out of any branches or even of any brands!!

It’s a gorgeous flagship store fully deserving its name. So beautifully designed and very welcoming, friendly team, all smiling and wanting to assist. It was a real treat to spend time there after busy hours walking around. It’s proved to be an oasis of peace in a very central London location. The first floor is amazing, full of light, spacious, same beautifully designed. There’s a lovely cafe featuring Pierre Herme macarons, teas and coffees. They’ve got high chairs, toilets with baby changing facilities, I caught myself thinking there wasn’t much of that around Regents Street. I will most certainly come back again.

Beautiful and inviting flagship store by L'Occitane. Service minded and friendly staff. However, the prices are a bit on the expensive side. Several of my favourite products cost more here than they do in my home town Stockholm, Sweden. Also some better knowledge about previous products would be nice so that the seller can compare and explain what the differences are with new products.

I went there for my birthday and loved it , the staff where so nice and helpfull and my facialist was amazing and so sweet and gave me great advice suited on my skin. the tea was great and if i had my way i would have there macarons for every meal ! I had to ruin the day by leaving my bags on the train of all there great product but gives me an excuse to go back i suppose ! would recommend this for everyone !

We went there for a sofar sounds gig and staff was sooo friendly. We were allowed to try a lot of things, got some maccarons and a glass of champagne. They have a really cool photobox that you can use for free and all of their products smell incredibly nice and make the skin super soft!

This store offers some of the greatest customer service that I have encountered in the UK. We were served by Mihoko and she was just great, she really went above and beyond in terms of service. I can truly state that shopping in L'occitane, Regent Street is more of an 'experience' when compared to shopping in other stores. When you arrive you are offered, tea, orange juice or champagne to sip on when browsing. There are complementary hand massages behind the macaroon bar where you are able to choose different creams to try and there is a cool selfie booth upstairs where you are able to print off pictures and send boomerangs. The products are great and uniquely packaged depending on your preferred fragrance and there are options for men as well as ladies. The choice of gifts are vast and tiered in terms of price, so there is something for everybody's budget. Gift wrapping is complementary here and it is done to such a high standard that one almost feels like it's a shame to open it! The staff here are all so helpful, and offer impeccable service and are all so approachable. I can't rate this store highly enough!
