A good selection of products overpriced in many cases. The staff was helpfull but it was hard to locate one. The layout of the shot is horrible especially the stairs.

I visited Sally store two weeks ago aprox. and I was impressed by the customer service provided by Ms. Stephany!. Thank you so much for your help and professionalism you delivered to me. Today, Monday I went to tell her thank you for her suggestions. Mrs. Stephany delivers a 5* stars customer service. She is friendly, professional, approachable. Hope Sally's Management Team look after someone like you! You are an asset for Sally!

So when I saw these horrible reviews, I was dreading going here but I had to as my product was not available in any other stores. When I got there I asked a worker where I could find a wella toner and they said downstairs, when I went downstairs a worker recognised I was lost and they told me it was upstairs. It was mortifying but then a worker came up to me and pointed to me where the product actually was and the fact that the UK had a different version to the American one I was looking for. She helped me to choose the colour and told me where to find the colour chart they had. It seems that not all the workers know what they are doing but this lovely lady certainly did :)

It's very strange to read those negative comments, such a shame people had a bad experience here. I've been 5 + times at the store and I have always been very satisfied with the service as well as the quality of the products. Staff would always offer their assistance, they're smiley, helpful. Today I had a brilliant customer service from the lady who sold me a hair colour (Rusk). She appeared knowledgeable, explained me how it works, told me about the ratio of the colour and developer, etc. and I also got some extras for free. Very happy!

Such lovely staff members, I literally had no idea what i was looking for and they were so friendly and helpful. It was like talking to friends! Came into sallys looking for the new wax and the staff were so helpful and lovely. They went into so much length to find the hair wax I was looking for, they phoned another store and looked online. We found it called Burban. Thank you to the two amazing girls.

Nice staff! Good location. It seems that they are limited in stock but they keep many things behind the counter downstairs, you just have to ask.

I won’t go real this shop ever. I needed to buy nail products and it was double prices compare with website. I would buy in website next time. Just reccimemd to see the products.
