Not being a previous visitor of Luxury Cosmetics Shops I was a little apprehensive about my visit as I had limited knowledge and was unsure of the exact products I should be asking about. I was immediately put at ease by both Mariana and Saffron whose service was absolutely First Class. They were both so helpful and informative and took lots of time explaining things to me. They were extremely patient and thorough in answering all my many questions and put me completely at ease. They even wrote out a day/night skincare routine for me, really going the extra mile to help. Mariana and Saffron were extremely kind, enthusiastic and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting. If I could give them more than Five Stars I would! A very happy/satisfied customer who shall now become a regular as I felt really positive after my visit and the outstanding service I received.

Had such a great experience, i needed a red lipstick, and within seconds, the lovely lady had found me the exact colour I needed. 5* for exceeding my expectations! I ended up buying the rest of my make up too, foundation, concealer, and powder which I hadn't even intended to do, but I just knew it was going to be spot on! I was in a rush too, but didnt say and honestly, the transaction was so smooth, super ! I didn't catch the ladies name but on my reciept it says 'Markovic'. so thank you Ms Markovic :)

Went in a couple of weekends ago to choose an eyebrow pencil. Mariana was great, helped me try out different types of pencil (with lots of sanitising equipment throughout) and offered advice .Great service.
