Friendly staff - I've always loved the products they stock, and on top of that loved their service - the gentleman that served me when I came here to collect my birthday treat was so nice and pleasant, I really like how he still packaged my free treat with love along with a heartfelt birthday wish - what a way to brighten your birthday on a rainy day!! Will definitely come to this store for all my skincare needs fr now on :)

I love Space Nk, I frequent the Marylebone branch. The team in there are super attentive and friendly. I had such a wonderful experience in this Space NK today too due to the Sale Assistant Amilia (I hope I’ve remembered her name correctly). I had visited towards the end of the day and she served me like it was the start, with energy and enthusiasm. Her product knowledge was excellent and impressive. I took her name as I expressed to her how happy I was with the service and that I will definitely be wanting her assistance again ! She made my trip a very pleasant one. The store adhered to strict guidelines and were very hygienic which was reassuring. I’m a very happy customer

I’d been on their website many times and I’m a long-time email subscriber. I was so glad to find a store in London not too far from where we were staying. I made a wishlist before going and was pleased to find many of the products in this location. Practically every salesperson in the store asked me if I needed any help, which normally I find annoying as I prefer to browse on my own. However, the lady who ended up helping me the most was really sweet and, more importantly, very helpful and well-informed about their products. We chatted about brands I was familiar with, products I’d tried before, my skin type, product preferences, etc. She gave me tons of samples which was great cuz I love trying out new products. I love that they carry mostly natural, non-toxic products. I highly recommend checking out this store (and this location). Ask for Amelia, she’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Space NK has great stock of good makeup and skincare. The shop experience depends on who do you talk to, today I had a very good experience with a helpful and professional assistant who knew what he was doing. Other times it might be too busy.

I was super lucky the other day. Had a photoshoot in the afternoon but I left my make up home. The Brazilian super experienced Make-up Artist in the shop waved his magic wand and did a photoshoot makeup for me for free. I could never have done that myself, plus his loads of tips for photoshoot. Truly impressed and love the products I bought in the shop, as always.

even though I wasn't in there to purchase anything (just to get testers) the lady from the Becca counter was SO lovely. She really helped me get to know the product, how to use it, what to use it with etc etc - she was really knowledgeable (she had worked at Becca for 15 years) she made me feel very comfortable and all in all a really good experience. I wish I knew her name so I could tell you to go to her!

I was served by Christiana today - she said she was just helping the store out for a day but MY GOSH every space nk needs a version of her because she gave me the *best* customer service I've had in 6 years of shopping with space nk. Normally the staff are very snooty and rude (especially in Covent Garden), but Christiana was delightful and made the experience lovely for once :)
