P. W.Really impressed by the customer service here. The lovely Dan helped me choose a couple of products to help prepare for an event and when one of them was out of stock he made up a tester pot so I could still try it. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the shop has a great range of products that you wont find elsewhere on the high street. Definitely a come for the products and stay for the staff situation!

A.Unlike some of the other reviews, I actually had a very good experience at this Space NK. However, I will say that the woman who helped me out with picking foundation moved somewhere else, so I'm not sure what the other sales associates are like.
Based on my experience though, she was super helpful, knew my skin type and recommended a very good foundation, which I'm still using now. I also popped in the store to buy 3 of the Artis brushes, which I really love as well.
A. S.I went in on December 27th looking to buy a new foundation and came out with new cleansing products and a whole new make-up bag worth of products. Best shopping experience I had all year.
Really helpful, friendly, amazing staff. Harrison gave me a make-over session and showed me how to apply some great products, he really took time and care and I really appreciated it and had a lot of fun.
It's definitely going to be my go-to place for make-up and skincare needs, I can't recommend it enough.

D.I had the absolute opposite experience to the other review - I like Space NK because they stock independent brands and their staff aren't chained to one brand, so they honestly recommend you what's best. This shop's as lovely as the others, with an especially good selection of men's and hair products. They also do free makeovers sometimes - you can call up to book an appointment.

Amazing, magnificent, wonderful all fail to describe Nadia and her co-workers. So much so that the next day I arranged to meet up with her at this location to do a mini make over.
I left both trips with Christmas gifts for myself and my Mum. My foundation is phenomenal. Beauty bloggers go on about Marc Jacobs and I tried it and nope but the By Terry that Nadia recommended. Fabulous! It was matched perfectly and the coverage is on point.
Nadia was so knowledgeable about the brands and helping me with skin care concerns.
I love this place and the staff. Sephora and Ulta have nothing on these ladies and gentlemen.

N. M.I went to Space NK for the first time this morning. The member of staff who helped me was fantastic and extremely knowledgable about the different ranges in store. She helped me purchase several Christmas gifts and a really nice birthday present for my cousin that she absolutely loved!
