I am over 50 years of age and I have been in the beauty industry for over 30 years. The team in this store is polite, patient and welcoming. I have sun damaged skin and they really took the time to listen and gave me great advice and I am extremely happy with products I was recommended and the results! I will always go back to that branch.

I must categorically disagree with Ms Mariam Rose who wrote a review about the SpaceNK Kings Road. That particular branch does not sell Laura Mercier! And the staff there is Caucasian! No "tallish black lady". I shop there all the time and those girls cannot be nicer! I had a bad experience in SpaceNK opposite of Peter Jones and started going to Kings Road branch because the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. While I have no doubt that Ms Rose had a bad experience, I think she should be sure that she is in fact writing a review about a correct branch of SpaceNK. Perhaps she was in the one opposite of Peter Jones or even in Kings Cross? There is NO way that this happened in Kings Road (opposite of Bluebird as THIS is the branch you were reviewing!)

I recently had my make-up done here and it turned out amazing! The artist (Graziella) was knowledgeable and helpful. Although I ended up spending a lot on new make-up I did not feel pressured to purchase a lot. Everyone in the shop was friendly as well.

My favourite of all the Space NK branches. The staff are wonderful, really taking your skin type and budget considerations into account when recommending products. I was given a lot of samples to try, and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing. I now make an effort to come here, even if other branches are closer.
