Super happy with the customer service at the Regent Street store. After a having to wait a while for a problem with checkout to be resolved, Morgan was apologetic and handled the situation in a great manner. She was absolutely lovely and spoiled me with some samples + talked me through why they are good for my skin type and how to use. Thank you Morgan! :)

I came into the store shortly before closing and the shop assistants stayed late to assist me with my skincare query. Were knowledgeable about the product and actually advised me against buying an extra serum, which I appreciate as it showed they didn't just want me to waste my money but actually make informed product choices. Great assortment of products as well, two thumbs up!

Went to pick up my birthday treat, while I was in the shop on 16/01/2020 the staff was more busy chatting between them than seeing if there were any products that could interest me. The girl with the red hair was the only one that provided suggestions on what i was interested in. Good shop, service was just ok.

Great place to buy Hourglass cosmetics. Staff need to know more about suggesting colours and makeup to customers though. Simply telling a customer that something might look good on them is not enough. They need to demonstrate!

Really lovely, knowledgeable staff at this store! The man I spoke to knew a lot about the various ingredients in the skincare products, advised on which ones would be helpful for my skincare needs, and provided a sample to try at home. Excellent customer service overall.

Lovely little store, I love space.NK and always spend a small fortune on my visits 🙊 Staff are knowledgeable but wish they knew more about whether a brand is cruelty free or not as this is a deal breaker for me and had to google myself to find answers.
