Always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome at this store. Staff are patient and attentive. James helped me with a return, recommended suitable products for my sensitive skin and let me know about an offer that saved me a significant amount of money

First time shopping in this store - small, neat and clean, displays very attractive. Assistants were ready to help my daughter & I when needed and didn't breathe down our necks. We had space to browse, discuss products and experiment with scents. We are both regular customers to this brand so this is very much appreciated.

I went to the store Friday evening and had such a great experience there. I was helped by a lovely boy called James who was so kind and listened to all my needs (trust me I had a lot of them!) I had 20 minutes to spare until my train and needed some bits, first time I’ve ever been in any body shop and want to say a massive thank you to the very helpful gentlemen with blonde plats and his nails did! He was beyond helpful! I suffer from acne and scarring, so needed abit ot help in choosing correct products! He went above and beyond to help me/ also gave me lots of tips with applying makeup! Thank you, I haven’t tried the products yet but I hope they are as good as the customer service I received!
