Normally you would get free samples after buying the products. Didn't get any this time. Was extremely disappointed. New labelling march one is there now.if you wanted a personalised message. £1.99. They also gift wrap for you.

Branch near M&S in Stratford Westfield - The young lady that served me was excellent. Morgan on the other hand came across as very rude and arrogant - surprised she's a supervisor(?) considering the lack of interpersonal skills demonstrated on my visit . . .

I have been going to the perfume shop westfield lower ground floor for many years now where I am always greeted by the same blonde lady I always receive amazing customer service from all staff in this store compared to the dreadful customer service the perfume shop upstairs in Westfield gives I never know how to give reviews but after my amazing shop recently I had to leave a review somewhere I came into the store where the blonde lady asked me if I’m looking for something specific and I told her I was looking for a gift for my friend and she told somebody through an earpiece that I’m looking for this and another staff member (her name is neymar I think as I remember thinking it’s a football player name when she told me her name) already had gift suggestions and testers ready for me before I had to even tell her what I was looking for due to the efficient service and communication between the blonde lady and neymar I told her I was looking for something sweet but mildly sweet not a dramatic overbearing sweetness and immediately she knew exactly which perfumes to spray for me She started with three perfumes and told me to instruct her on whether after spraying these perfumes, if i wanted something sweeter/ stronger/ milder etc but I didn’t need to do that as the three perfumes she sprayed for me was exactly what I was looking for I chose the gift I liked for my friend but as I liked the other perfumes she had sprayed for me I wanted these too but I wasn’t going to buy them on that day as I couldn’t really afford to dish out at that current moment but neymar then advised me they sell small travel sprays that she could fill up for me so I had gotten two of these for myself and I’m so glad she had mentioned this to me as I came out buying one gift for my friend like I wanted to and 2 fragrances in travel bottles for myself and I definitely will be coming back for both these two fragrances in the future thanks to her. She also beautifully gift wrapped my friends gift with a ribbon that I could write my friends name on and I was overall very happy with the service I received here. I was in a rush too but when I was at the store I didn’t want to leave as I was enjoying the customer service and fragrances being provided to me. Would like to give a massive thanks to blonde lady (who I have seen over many years shopping here and I think she might be manager) , neymar and gentleman with large curly hair who helped me personalise my ribbon as I didn’t know how to write what I wanted to as my English is a little bit limited but he helped me. All three are credits to the company.

The perfume shop was nice staff were great and very helpful depending on the time I tend to find prices can vary at different times of the year which is hard to read sometimes you can find great value and bargains and at other times of the year its really expensive which can let it down but overall I would give it a thumbs up.

The staff are so great and helpful they go above and beyond what would be expected from a normal sales assistant and a really do look after you. The one that saw me took care of me she had a great idea of what evening scents to choose and which summer scents to have as ware for on the go.
