We were served by the wonderful Yagmur, not only did she remember our conversation on the phone earlier in the day but she made sure we received the best customer service ever!
Yagmur is friendly, professional and so helpful with her fantastic knowledge of Tom Ford products. We were in there for quite a while and nothing was too much trouble . Suffice to say we will definitely be back again soon . 😊

Tom Ford makes me think of The Emperor's New Clothes. Seriously overpriced distinctive smells allow the super-rich to show off that they can afford Tom Ford, in my opinion.

This time, I had the pleasure of working with Yagmur and she was so knowledgable, helpful, kind, honest and endearing in helping me with the look I was wanting to achieve. s. n.I just wanted to say thank you the advisor who was working last Thursday(06/02/20) evening. I wanted advise on a bronzer (gold dust 1) which has oxadised and had gotten mouldy after using it for less than a yr .
I went in around closing time, which must be annoying for her, but she was most understanding and allowed me to compare it to the current product, and answered all my questions. She also provided me with the number for TF customer services, who I did contact, and were helpful in arranging a replacement.
