Had the best experience at Too Faced Carnaby getting a makeover! Selina and Elise were so welcoming and did a fantastic job on our makeovers. I learnt a lot about the makeup and how to recreate the look and I can’t wait to book in for a future makeover! I feel very lucky to have been a competition winner and love my little goodie bag. Would highly recommend a makeover and a shopping trip to the Carnaby store! 10/10

My dream come true. This shop is everything I ever dreamt of in terms of make-up. The ambience is cool and the design is so detailed that I was beyond excited. The only complaints I have are that the artists have to apply make up with a cotton pad or an odd sponge and that they should be more aware of the undertones of the products that have to match your skin tone.

I’ve now visited this store twice and I am still in awe of how adorable it is! This is the brands only stand alone store in the world and it has been done so well the details and atmosphere are beyond compare. The product range was impressive, but lacked what I was personally looking for (the medium to dark contour kit) which was a bit disappointing for me. The shop gets overly crowded, which is to be expected, but the staff aren’t the most attentive.

Finally! We have a UK store! They are in Selfridges too but there is probably a bigger selection in this on. The store is pretty tiny though so it gets a bit crowded at the weekend. The best time to go is probably after work. Also, with every purchase they’ll give you samples. I do not use make up often and I’m a really selective when I buy products for my skin. I found this great shop years ago and I’m stuck on it! Great products (I personally love mascara “better than sex”, “ peach my cheeks” and a few lipsticks!). Certificated and hight quality standards products. Staff provide an hight professional service with lots of caring and advices. They are not there just to sell, they have passion for their job. That’s my feeling every time that I go into that shop. Well done!

Absolutely loved this makeup brand even before they had a store in the UK. The makeup is always of a beautiful quality and the prices are very reasonable! Today, I was looking for the Born This Way foundation and was matched by the friendliest of staff who were very helpful and could answer any questions or queries we have. The store is absolutely stunning and holds the entire range of Too Faced makeup; however, they do not have the original melted metallic, only the melted matte- tallic, but this was not a major issue. Overall, I was impressed with the store and will definitely be returning in the future!

I visited the store to try the Born This Way foundation. The make up artist (Ms Patel) was super helpful and gave me lots of good tips. Unfortunately when I got home I realised the foundation shade was a little too yellow on my skin. I returned to the store and was very impressed with the service. They swiftly exchanged the foundation for a better colour match. I will definitely be back.

Large enough store and the layout was well so it was very easy to find the products I was looking for. There wasn’t enough staff so there was a slight wait to get served, wasn’t long at all. But for the only store in the whole world there should probably be more seats to be able to apply make up. The lady who served me was really helpful

Lovely staff. Nothing is too much. Zara is my favorate. Great products well worth their cost. I have vitaligo as well as dark pigmentation marks on my face. This make up fully covered it, looked like I had no make up on and didn't looked caked in makeup. Latest all day and night. Super happy. Used to use chanel and clinique before this product far outdoes theirs. She really took the time to show me the make up, give me a full makeover. Trail it before becoming back a few days later to buy it was no issue. Wasn't forced into buying then. Highly recommended.
