Awesome online store with a really big selection of Korean skincare. They obviously have a lot of different masks, but there are other products in the mix. I love that the always have some kind of offer or a new line promotion going on, and they also have an outlet which allows me to try some items I'm not 100% sure about. Great customer service & I will definitely order more.

Excellent, EXCELLENT customer service. I've ordered from Mask House three times now and each time the orders have arrived promptly and well-packaged. This last time there was a mistake and I didn't receive the correct number of masks. I contacted Mask House and they responded swiftly and kindly within a few hours. The very next day I received the missing masks as well as a free one they added, which I was unaware that they would do. Very good service and I will definitely continue to use them.

I've been shopping at Maskhouse for a good few years both at their Newcastle store and online. They have an amazing selection of Korean skincare and makeup products and really good sales and special offers. They always pop a free mask or two in your bag when you make a purchase. Plus I know I can rely on the girls in the shop for really sound advice and an honest review of the products they sell. I received a full size Bonair oil drop when I was last in the store making a purchase. How good is that? It retails for £48!! At Christmas I got a lot of Huxley products at 40% off and have just placed another order for more Huxley products as I really love the essence and brightening cream. I can't fault Mask House for their selection, expertise and customer service. I don't live in Newcastle anymore but whenever I come back to visit my mam we always go to Mask House. You should too!
