Myself, sisters and mum went to a make your own Toby’s Magic Cow Bath Bomb workshop which was incredible. We couldn’t had asked for better hosts as Ash and Bee were absolutely amazing. Absolutely amazing place! The staff are beyond helpful and friendly with vast product knowledge. A huge selection of products are available, I personally love the bath bombs and bubble bars especially. The seasonal products are great too, tends to get very crowded at certain times as only a small shop and very popular!

First of all I walked into the shop with such a bad atmosphere, due to miserable workers they stared rudely at me and I didn’t feel welcome. However after I walked around abit I was greeted by a lovley young lady that worked there I think her name was tatiana. She was so welcoming and warming super bubbles and easy to talk to showing me everything and being so sweet she showed me how to use products and give me a great skin care consultant on skin care she gave me a few samples to try out and I loved them !❤️

Went on abit of a shopping trip last week & ended up in Lush, Norwich. Lovely Assistant Alex looked after me & my pregnant friend. Answering all our questions, she was very patient and knowledgeable. We were able to test some products & to take away samples (which is great when you have sensitive skin). It was great to interact with staff. Which we haven't really done for the past 18 months. Alex was a star 🌟 thank you for your time & effort 😎.

Hi Team!! Just to say what an incredible experience on the high street. Cam in with my Son yesterday as he was buying a gift for his Mum's Birthday. All the staff were terrific, really helpful, excellent knowledge and smiled which was just great to see. The young last with glasses behind the counter took Isaac's passion for his mums present and we ended up buying one of the great wraps too! Thanks for an amazing retail experience, we'll be back and keep up the awesome work guys!!

Visited the store for the 1st time on Sunday with my 8 year old daughter. I can honestly say it was a really good shopping experience. I frequently visit Lush now that it's moved into Chapelfield and I love that it's in a bigger unit! Although the products may seem on the pricy side, they're generally worth it. The staff are enthusiastic and are always happy to help you and to give you product suggestions.

Went into Lush at Chapelfields this afternoon with my 10 year old granddaughter who had a Lush Xmas gift voucher. One of the team took the time and effort to take my granddaughter around the store making recommendations and suggestions. It is exceptional to see that kind of personal service, especially when the recipient is a 10 year old girl. All of the staff are helpful and courteous and seem genuinely pleased that you are in the store which is something extremely rare these days. A big thank you for truly professional service.

Been here numerous times with my partner and she loves the place. The people are friendly and finding what you want is easy. Even just wanting to browse is quite relaxing as the place smells great (obviously) and the staff again are so friendly and helpful. They even give demonstrations of some of the bath bombs if you ask nicely.
