Went here as mine is starting to split around the edges. I showed the sales staff but they laughed and told me I'm just getting old (also they told me to put 'it' away) . I left and went to consult another cosmetic surgeon I know. I'm sure they are a nice bunch and the place smells divine with incredible butters and creams that I would very much like to eat ! It also looks like they are single handedly saving the planet going by their honest looking posters...well done !

Some fantastic fragrances, face creams and hand moisturizers. Best thing is that they keep testers at every store so you are sure before buying

Staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. But they couldn't answer if body cream is okay to use if you are having Chemotherapy. They were very vague when I asked. Unfortunately I probably won't go back as its something I needed to know and two different staff members couldn't answer my question. Not their fault they probably haven't been trained to answer but could certainly do with it as iam sure lots of people go to the body shop because of this.

Visit the store to find a suitable face mask for my daughter. Ending up spending more than I wanted to but it was worth it. The lady was extremely helpful by spending the time to give my daughter a skin consultation. She is a credit to the store.
