While they have a good range they make poor use of the space. That said the staff are friendly and helpful. They could definitely stock more but choose not too which just seems like the craziest thing to me.

Nice big boots store, has everything you’d want in it. It’s even got one of their new recycling points near the door which is super handy! Very helpful staff on site as well.

Had to quickly pick up a prescription as the wife's very poorly! They have a pharmacy that's open till midnight!! Very simple, quick, clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful,asked all the right questions and had everything in store you'd need! Definitely recommend as they're very professional! Disabled friendly, wide open spaces and parking just out the front... 5* thanks team! 👍

I had run out of foundation so visited Boots. When paying the assistant was extremely helpful, she informed me of all offers, some I wasn't aware of. My purchased cost me far less than expected. Excellent service.

Boots pharmacy is located in the West Quay retail park, so there's ample of parking with first 30 mins free. It hosts a walk-in vaccination center for age groups 16 and over (Confirm on NHS site before walking in as it may be temporary). There is a pharmacist on site to help with minor ailments. The pharmacy allows to pick up online orders as well.

I went to Boots because it had a vaccination center inside. I did some window shopping and checked the hair section. Surprisingly I saw that they had Cantù products which I needed for my 4C hair type. This is impressive really and it shows that they imbibe the inclusion culture and welcome diversity. Having products for people of color is laudable to me. However I’d appreciate if there’s a variety of products to choose from like Aunt Jackie products and others. Great job

My son and I went to Boots in West Quay Southampton yesterday afternoon for our flu and covid booster jabs. We did not have an appointment and walked in for the injections. The service offered was brilliant. Waited for 5 minutes and the staff were very helpful and polite and really well organised. I would recommend anyone to use this service. Also plenty to car parking nearby.

Attended for a "walk-in" covid booster jab. Exceptional organisation and well managed by a friendly and helpful staff. Short queue on arrival but it went down surprisingly fast and the post injection sit down was self administered in a safe area.

I felt it necessary to give praise for the company and staff at this Boots store for going the extra mile in the National vaccine roll out. I managed to get my booster without fuss or any problems at all. No more than a ten minute wait! Aside from that, it’s also a better store for the lack of waiting time than the Above Bar store with the West Quay car park right in front of the store. Perhaps if you have any problems with your local surgery you might want to try a pharmacy instead? Boots are worthy of the praise. I have also witnessed staff abuse here about mask wearing particularly from the Middle Eastern section of the “community” Wholly unacceptable!!!

My review is basically for the Covid Vaccination part of the store. Went on Friday for my 2nd vaccine and was blown away by how friendly and understanding the staff were. I have severe mental health disorders, as well as a needle phobia so to me I was walking into my worst nightmare. But from the minute I reached the check in desk, I was overwhelmed by how calming and efficient the staff were. After checking in I was told to take a seat but being a bag of nerves, I preferred to stand and dawdle. A second member of staff spotted me and asked me to take a seat however once my mum explained that I would rather stand, the young lady didn’t ask any questions, just gave a lovely big smile and let us carry on which instantly helped with my nerves. I was then called in by the next member of staff who showed me to the dreaded vaccine seat and asked me a few questions as she input details into the computer. Although I had minimal interaction with this lady she was very friendly and patient and had a very calming aura about her. Then I was approached by a lovely man, I think his name tag said ‘John’, who was going to administer the vaccine. He asked me which arm I wanted it in and I told him and he was really smiley and friendly and very gentle when giving the jab, and it really wasn’t his fault that I started freaking out. Once he saw that I was having an episode, he finished quickly and made sure that I wasn’t going to faint before he offered to get me a cup of water. I said I was ok but I just needed a second to recover before moving to the waiting area but he reassured me that I didn’t have to move at all and kindly said that I could stay sat there for the full fifteen minutes or for as long as I needed to and said he would use another chair for the next patient. I was blown away by his kindness, my own GP isn’t anywhere near as attentive as that! He then spent the following few minutes in between patients checking on me to make sure I was okay, he again offered me a cup of water and even offered me a chocolate to cheer me up. Such a wonderful person. Thanks to the staff, I recovered quite quickly and they even checked on me again as I stood to leave to make sure I was definitely okay and they saw us off with big friendly smiles. I can say that if I have to have a booster in future, I will not hesitate to come here if the facility is available. I only wish that this level of care, kindness and attentiveness was demonstrated in all medical situations. Thank you so much!

I was booked in for a Covid booster at Boots West Quay and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Decided to do some Christmas shopping while I was there! Certainly shop again here!

A very large building which at present is sub divided into a COVID VACCINATION CENTRE and the usual merchandise associated with Boots the Chemist. Located in the West Quay Retail Park the footfall is considerably less than their store in West Quay Shopping Centre. Easier to shop but too sure that the variety of the stock is as varied.

Medium sized boots, with a pharmacy. I had Covid jab here, they have sectioned part of the shop of as a clinic. It has screens. Every thing went well and was explained, 2 members of staff did the injection. The rest of the shop sells beauty products and perfumes, and there is a large section on health and wellness, you can get vitamins, paracetamol and even blood pressure monitors. Great for Christmas/Birthday gifts!

I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacist lady (probably from Poland) was very helpful. Apparently the medicine was discontinued and she found the replacement and advised the doctor to replace it. This is amazing that she didnt say: Computer says No :D

Boots always offer a great selection of products and often rival supermarkets for their pricing. Only 1 downside on this occasion is that I was waiting at the counter for a good few minutes without even being acknowledged despite there being 2 people behind the medicine/prescription counter. However, when I was served, the advisor was really friendly so that's always a bonus.
