e. m.Couldn't believe how i was treated by one member of staff today! As soon as I entered the store her attitude was very unwelcoming and verging on aggressive. When I asked her for some advice she was very rude and it was obvious she didn't want to help. I voted with my feet and immediately went to a competitor who was amazing. Don't think I will ever be going back to Capital!

L.Popped in Thursday evening just before closing,excellent service by sue Hewitt and Susan Ives,lovely atmosphere too,as ever,topped off by some dear saving,poor baby dear was trapped and and very distressed at the back of the building,instead of locking up and going home they were on the phone waiting for the rspca for help,well done girls,sums it all up xxx
