I love this shop so much! i bought their comforter body spray, and let me tell you, it lasts so long! they have a HUGE selection of perfumes, bath bombs, shampoos beauty products ect. the staff were also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and i am so happy with my purchase.

The staff in this store are friendly, knowledgeable and totally brilliant! My daughter loves spending her pocket and birthday money here. They always take the time to chat to her and suggest products she may like and let her sniff and sample things. They are always really helpful and are a credit to the brand.

Wow! What a lovely experience today. My first time in Swindon and my visit to Lush was quite marvellous. Greeted by Jules and Hannah, Jules then talked me through some of the face products and suggested a quick facial to sample the products. The facial was magical and I left feeling super soothed and with some samples to try at home. I highly recommend the Gorgeous Moisturiser and Cosmetic Warrior face mask. Absolutely delicious and can’t wait to visit again. 5 stars for service and the shop was immaculate.

Staff were excellent and attentive especially Jules, hope we got the name right. My daughter (11) thoroughly enjoyed all the demonstrations and hand massage. We brought a few bits but my daughter was especially happy with her 'Beauty Sleep Face & Body Mask' and 'Magic crystals body scrub' - we even got a few freebies. Went into the store today and was greeted instantly by this lovely woman called Hannah. She offered me a facial with all her favourite products and a few extra amazing things like eye cream, cleanser, spot treatments. All sorts! She asked for my consent before touching my face which I thought was very thoughtful. We talked a lot and she was a great communicator. I bought my normal products and was given a few free samples of things like a lemon cuticle oil which smells amazing.

On my vacation in Gloucestershire last month, I stayed in SWINDON for 3 days, when I ran out of skin care products for dry hands. I checked out Lush in Swindon town center where, to my pleasant surprise, one of its staff (Jules) was amazingly helpful. Not only did she introduce me to several great hand lotions, and explained their different moisturizing strengths, she took time to prepare samples of 2 new Lush products to layer on top for extra moisture. After trying the samples, I like them so much I went back the following Monday to stock up. Thank you, Jules !

Was served by MON this afternoon, she made me feel really welcome and left me to look arround the store which is great. Once I had any questions she was there to help. What can I say. The product is great. Today however they were y aware of their own stock out on the shelves and could have missed £40 in sales as I asked about the Glitch shower gel and they said they didn't have any. I then found it myself in the Haloween boxes they had left over in a gift set which perfect for what we wanted as a present for someone who is Vegan. Same smell as Avobath but in a shower gel. So always check yourself and don't take there word for it if they say they don't have any. As some products may be in boxes and not on individual sale.

Beautiful products expertly suggested by the staff, I wouldn't know where to start on my own, but they give their time to show you amazing products according to your likes and needs. My daughter is currently undergoing chemo and Hannah put together a phenomenal package of products ideally suited to her needs at this time, so much thought it brought tears to my eyes, and also some treats for the rest of the family, to help with sleep and relaxation, and also a bit of fun for her sister...So thoughtful and perfectly personalised to our situation. Honestly this shop is now the only reason I go into the town centre, everything else you can buy out of town or online, there's something very personal about the experience at Lush and you have to be there with the exceptional people showing you products, sensory smells etc. It is always a special experience and we leave with something lovely every time, the jelly heart was a huge hit with the whole family at Christmas! Our bathroom smelled amazing for weeks! The rainbow soap play putty is also just one of the most innovative sensory products for children I've seen in a long time. My daughters are obsessed with Fairy Dust. I believe it's only a Christmas thing but worth looking for/stocking up on. Special products and people, well worth a browse to get expert help with gifts for others and treats for yourself. Ask for Hannah, she is exceptional.

She gave me a full skin consultation and answered any questions I had. I felt she really listened to what I wanted from my skin care products and recommended things to suit me. The staff at this store are amazing. I've been a lush fan since the 90s, and I love the product lush sells. It's great that the staff are so friendly and clued up- I've bought quite a few products on their recommendations (on Top of my usual shampoo, conditioner and perfume) which have been exactly what I'm looking for. I really appreciate and value the time the staff take to demonstrate products and help shoppers.

Lush Swindon are always such a joy to shop with. Always helpful and friendly. Last week I feel like they really shone. I signed up to do the festive bingo with them. But I couldn't pay on line before hand before I went because the remote payment was done. However this didn't seem to faze them too much and simply said that I could join in and pay for it when I went in on the Sunday to get my Christmas things. I'm so glad that I was able to take part as it was really good fun. In the mean time I had pre-ordered bits from the Christmas range. I had added some bits on Instagram as well after I submitted the form. Which was so easy to do. However before I went I went online to look at the ingredients of all the things that I had ordered and realised some of them had orange in which I can't have. I went armed to the store with a list of things that I wanted to buy from my order, things I needed to take out and things I wanted to add. It didnt faze them one bit that I had to change things at all and they went out their way to be helpful and friendly and put me at ease with being in the store during covid. A really lovely experience all round. Thank you

I popped into Lush Swindon while I was down on Saturday from Wolverhampton, visiting my daughter & son in law who live there. The shop has a lovely atmosphere & staff are great. I was after a face mask & was looked after by a lovely girl who was very helpful & demonstrated a couple of suitable products on my hands. I ended up having the Cupcake face mask & a couple of other bath items too. I’d like to say a big thank you to Kaona who was lovely, not pushy & was very helpful & welcoming! When I’m next in Swindon I will definitely pop in again!

Shouldn't have worried, they really look after you, discussing your requirements and needs, happy to demo products and let you touch and experience the products as long as you like. The stuff was very friendly, but the prices were not. Plus the space so small between the tables, sometimes you can not move. You can find here very nice and well designed hand crafted products, but some of them just overpriced.
