Went into boots today after losing my make up bag. I always go for the same repeat items but saw this as an opportunity to start afresh and test some new products out. I stumbled upon Khoosh who was initially very helpful and she want to get the assistance of Greg. Between them they gave me a wonderful experience, offering the best from all the brands not just counter specific, helping me check my skin tones and preferences of finish etc. l left feeling fab, cared for and with a wonderfully newly stocked make up bag!

I love buying makeup, I honestly had the best time buying makeup 2 lovely ladies gave me a wonderful experience at Estee lauder it was such a lovely time the lady was an agency worker but so fun and funny extremely polite and patient even when she was interrupted by other customers she was so lovely. I hope that when I do go back she is working there because she made my experience a beautiful one thank you so much - I wish I got her name but she deserves all the praise! Over and beyond customer service!!!!!!

Always love coming to Boots, easy to get around in the mobility scooter, doors are permanently open and staff are always on hand to assist. The trouble with Boots is... every time we visit I always get dragged away from items on sale ! Love a bargain and love to stock up. Great having self service too so no queueing up.

Adnan was incredible ! I have had hearing problems since birth but never understood what the issue was or what was wrong. In 20 minutes Adnan explained more about my hearing then the 20 years I’ve been alive. He was incredibly kind, helpful and just brilliant. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Always happy with my visit there. Very friendly staff; helpful but not overwhelming. so you can shop in peace and don't feel pushed to buy something. Great variety of different price range products. Great deals especially for Boots cards users; like vouchers for free photo prints. Speaking of photo prints; very easy service to use there; photos are cheap and good quality.

Went on Tuesday to collect my new glasses after eye test two weeks before, both visits very good, all staff very helpful. Good social distancing and hygiene.

Boots itself here is a large, multi-floor premises that appears to have everything you need. I mainly use this to collect my prescriptions. The only negative I can find so far is that in the pharmacy section the staff can be a little slow upon delivery but given the nature of their roles, checking these items is paramount along with countersigning so it's not too much of a negative really. Staff are always on hand if you need them with a friendly nature.

I went in to purchase perfume as a gift to myself. I had to wait a while but it was a few days before Christmas so that was to be expected. I was served by a lovely man who recommended a perfect perfume. Spot on service

This is located on the upper floor of the Aria shopping centre. Quite well spaced out however should point out that the entrance directions are confusing and you have customers going back and forth as they feel. No dedicated entrance and exit signs. Relatively COVID-safe, however while I was there there were obvious people not wearing face coverings, and they were clearly not 'exemption' cases. They should do much better enforcing the law than this.

This boots is absolutely massive you can find everything you would ever need in here. It's also modern looking and fresh. The boots were I live is very dated and old and shabby this one in Watford is definitely not. We came here for all the stuff we needed when we had our son. It's a bit pricey when compared to online stores but you know it's going to be good quality from boots.

Went to Boots Watford Town centre. It was nice to see that the tester perfumes were out during the pandemic including some expansive ones. The store seemed fully stocked with staff wearing plastic shield as the mask. Only if people can see the arrows for entry and exit, it would have been ideal (directional stickers are pretty small here!)

My local, i mostly buy make up here, it's a massive shame the shade ranges are limited, I'm very pale and it's a huge hunt here to find anything, and it's the same for my friend with dark skin. But if youre one of the 100 shades of tanned white you're in luck. Also no rubbing alcohol in the pharmacy

I went into boots intu Watford on a Saturday morning looking for a fragrance for my partner this was a tricky task because I was not sure of the best one on the market was and what kind of smell I wanted to go for! the fragrance team were exceptional I was served by a young girl with blonde hair aged around 17-19 she really listened to what I thought I wanted and showed me some different fragrances and we both agreed which one was the best! The other two people on the counter were exceptionally friendly and just as knowledgeable that is the friendly and most helpful team I have been served by ! Thankyou for all your help my partner loves the new fragrance.
