O. F.I visited Jo Malone today just to have a look around and to smell a few of their fragrances. I thought the people working there were so kind and generous with their time that I returned later in the day to buy Myrrh & Tonka. The best in-store experience I've had in a long time, anywhere. I'll be back!

m.Amazing service. Very very friendly staff with deep knowledge about the perfums. We feel free to walk around the store and we had the chance to try some products. We bought a wonderful candle and a bath oil and offered us a complimentary elegant packages with free samples. All the experience was great. Many thanks.
