As things turn out in life it’s hard to continue , I never thought that I would find myself considering speaking to a grief councillor let alone opening up to one . Ur as my circumstances changed I thought there would be no harm in talking to someone after the loss of my late wife .
This is we’re Margret came in , she she really helps me with my feelings and my grief , she was so understanding and had all the right knowledge to help me in my situation.
I am so glad I continued with the counselling as I it helped me enormously , Margret gave me focus and got my mojo back and For that I’m so grateful . If anyone is dwindling whether or not to speak with a councillor, especially Margaret I’d say definitely do it , it is so worth while .

Margaret was kind, welcoming and made me feel at ease. Margaret provided a wealth of literature on the issues discussed which was very helpful, and sessions were valuable and productive. An all round positive experience in a difficult time. Thank you, Margaret.

Well what can I say.... I was optimistic about having counseling.. I always thought i would never need it and it was all rubbish. How wrong was I. Margaret is an amazing lady and fantastic her job and she has helped me deal with the loss of loosing my husband. She has taught me how do get through each day as it comes and not be ashamed of having bad day's or good days. Little things I can do do re adjust my life and carry on.
Please don't listen to the stigma of having counseling is not true and reach out to someone like Margaret. I promise you it will be worth it.

I reached out to Margaret one night as I felt my life was foggy, wasn't going the way I expected, transitioned out the military into civilian life and felt really lost.
After having multiple meetings with Margaret to air things that were on my chest, I feel back to my happy, positive self and excited for my new transition.
Margaret is brillaint at listening and opening my eyes to how other people think!
Thank you for everything Margaret. All the best :)
