I was unsure what to expect before I started my first session at Inner solutions with Sam. I was feeling a bit stuck in life and struggling with low confidence and general anxiety. However, Sam's caring and compassionate approach to counselling helped put me at ease right from the start. Through a series of sessions, Sam's expert knowledge helped me to navigate a way to move forward and find a way to work with the negative emotions/feelings I was experiencing at the time.
