After seeing 3 other different therapists, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Mark Silvert. Other physiologists told me I am fine, but probably did not have the capacity to solve my problems. In reality, I was struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, borderline personality disorder and even considering suicide. The mental struggle and pain was just too much to handle by myself. However, Dr. Silvert actually helped me so much during those difficult times, he genuinely did care about me, and knowing him, he cares about every patient. He had so much patience with me, even talking to me 3 times per week when I was really struggling. His treatments actually work and I could see progress in every single session, as well as the group therapy sessions. I can say knowing Mark literally changed my life, I am new person and my mental health disorders are a thing of the past. Mark is literally my hero, I am a totally new person because of him, and many things he told me during treatment are still with me every day. Thank you Mark and the Blue Tree Clinic team!

Although a little on the expensive side, Blue Tree Clinic was a lifesaver! As a student studying abroad in the UK, I was having an incredibly difficult time getting a prescription for the daily medication I take back home. I had been in contact with 5/6 clinics to no avail. I reached out to Blue Tree and Dr. Silvert saw me that very day, even kept the practice open late to make that happen. He was incredibly sympathetic and helpful, the experience showed me this clinic truly has their patients best interests in mind.

I came to the blue tree clinic when a close friend of mine recommended me to visit them when i was at a place when i had bad anxiety . I finally took her advice and have not looked back since. Since coming to them i can say that this clinic has really helped me and my anxiety. Through the help of CBT it has helped me be able to manage my anxiety, and when i do feel anxious now i am able to rationalize how i feel, and uncover why i feel anxious. Their services has really helped me and i would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.

From my very first interaction with the clinic, I have been really impressed with The Blue Tree Clinic. Within minutes of my initial email enquiry, I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Silvert for later that week (by contrast, I emailed a couple of other psychiatrists the same day and never heard back from them). I have continued to see Dr Silvert regularly as well as seeing a number of other members of the team and feel like I have received an exceptional level of care from all of them, far exceeding my expectations. Every member of the team is dedicated to the wellbeing of the clinic’s clients and this is evident in every interaction. I am thankful every day that I found the clinic and could not recommend it more highly.

A really lovely practice. Wonderful and supportive services from admin to psychologists. I had really helpful and enjoyable experience with them, and wondered why I waited so long to try it out! The best parts: the therapists are very professional, patient and also helpful. I made great progress just by going there a few times on learning more about grieving processes as my father passed away a few years ago, but of course, everyone's circumstances are different. What to look out for: Give yourself a bit of time to look for the address. I know it's just around the corner from Oxford Circus but it took me a while to find the right entrance.
