Rachael is an excellent listener and instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She offers helpful advice that provides clarity and perspective on difficult life situations.
Having seen other counsellors and not making the progress I wanted I was a little sceptical but Rachael’s approach enabled me to gain an understanding of my personality and why I had arrived to the way I was feeling. I know I have some work to do still but I now have the tools and insight to question my beliefs. I would highly recommend Rachael, I feel so much better in myself than I thought would be possible.

I originally visited Rachael with my ex partner to see if we could save our relationship. After the original consultation she explained the process clearly and informed us the amount of sessions it could take. Rachel helped us understand that it was better we go our separate ways, we could have just kept on going but she made us have the hard conversation which help me greatly. I then asked to work on myself, Rachel put me at ease from the first meeting and gave me advice and tools that I am going to use continually.

She was great. I had no idea what I wanted to achieve and felt that I needed to know the problem before we could find the answers and this put me off going to a therapist for some time. Rachael was amazing, she helped identify the issues very early on and gave me tools to work on the areas I needed help with. I came out from this as a different person, more the person I wanted to be and the person those that I care about see and not the awful person I thought I was. Thank you for helping me get back my confidence and helping me to see that I am a good person and I should like myself. Thank you

Rachael is an excellent counsellor, she has really worked through my challenging areas and opened my eyes to understanding how I negate difficult times so not only do I feel mentally stronger but I feel fully equipped to face life's future challenges with greater understanding of myself.

Initial nerves about going to a therapist were put to bed pretty soon with Rachel as she really made me feel at ease.
It was easy to talk to her and I felt totally comfortable in her company. I’ve come away from the sessions with a much greater understanding and clarity of myself and my life.

As someone who initially had concerns about counselling in general, I can honestly say the best thing I have ever done. Rachel is a fantastic listener and can teach you to think, listen, behave and react in positive ways. I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, help and empathy through what had been a tough time. Certainly recommend her to anyone in need of support and guidance.

Rachel is really easy to talk to and non-judgmental. It was a difficult process to undertake couples therapy but she made it easier for both of us and I felt she stayed neutral and helped us both get to the route of some of the difficulties we had and understand it from each other’s perspective. The work with Rachel has made a significant positive impact on our relationship and the way we communicate with each other and we can’t thank her enough for her support. I would highly recommend Rachel as a therapist.

I would definitely recommend Rachael to friends and family, she helped me through a very difficult time with anxiety. I like to think of it as being provided with a map, compass and tools to be able to find my own way out of my anxieties and worries, not that they won't be there but now I know how to help myself! She is very knowledgable in different theories and provided good recommendations of further reading to further my own understanding. I enjoyed the sessions a lot, Rachael is very approachable, friendly yet professional and immediately set my mind at rest as I didn't know what to expect from the whole process but would really recommend it to anyone!

Rachel helped me make great progress towards my current mental health condition. She provided an excellent service particularly through using her techniques and I noticed a significant improvement in my condition following each session. Rachel also had extensive knowledge and was able to guide me through an excellent therapy/treatment plan which has worked very well for my recovery.
I was not sure what to expect from therapy, but my sessions have been invaluable. She made me feel completely at ease discussing anything that was on my mind and being able to let my guard down and express difficult emotions was a huge relief. We got to the bottom of damaging thought patterns and worked through tools to deal with them, which I feel confident using on my own now. Her patience, understanding and guidance have enabled me to make what I am confident will be lasting positive changes. I would recommend Rachel; she is a wonderful therapist, and I am very glad to know she is there if I need any future help. Thank you!

Rachael is really easy to talk to, I felt immediately comfortable with her, and she had some great suggestions for further reading/research which helped me greatly. I would definitely recommend her to friends, and will go back without question if I feel I need to.

Wasn't too sure what i was getting into when I phoned Rachael having very very bad anxiety. However it was one of the best things I've decided to do. The first week we spoke about everything to get me to the point of deciding to meet Rach. Then coming up with exercises i.e. meditation to help, then a plan for the future to help me out and move forward. I was motivated to do anything to get rid of my anxiety and its a team effort basically, that's the mindset you need, with a professional to guide you.
Id say after 4 or 5 months i pretty much got what i wanted out of it. Obviously with lockdown I'm restricted on what I can and cant do but I've got the tools to positively move forward. I thought going into it that a therapist would be judgmental but it was the complete opposite being very understanding. Thanks Rach was good working with you.

Rachael is wonderful. Absolutly brilliant at what she does and has had a huge impact on my mental health. I was really apprehensive about the whole thing and she made me feel as ease from the beginning.

After trialing various therapy methods in the past that did not work, 6 months with Rach and a psychotherapy method has been excellent. Rach is extremely professional, responsive and made me feel very comfortable from day one. Thanks Rach for all of your help. Cannot recommend enough.
