I’ve felt so supported by Peggy throughout my pregnancy journey: I joined her pregnancy yoga sessions online in August, and have benefited from them so much through the ups and downs of the second and third trimester. Peggy’s sessions allow me to refocus on myself, my emotions, my baby, especially when I’ve been stressed or distracted by work/life. The relaxation exercise at the end of the session has lulled me into sleep several times! I really appreciate the community of other mums - we have a guided feedback session at the start of every class (responding to a prompt by Peggy). Listening to other mums-to-be, and sharing my own experience of feeling briefly, really allowed me to feel more connected with my pregnancy, especially early on when I was still adjusting to expecting a baby! I would recommend Peggy’s gentle sessions to every pregnant woman for relaxation of mind and body.

Peggy is an amazing teacher and birth guru!!!! I am at home cuddling my now 2 week old baby and thanks to Peggy I felt much more confident as my pregnancy progressed and had some excellent strategies to use during the birth. Would recommend her 1:1 sessions and group classes to any mum/dad or birth partners.

Our Moving for Birth session was brilliant! Peggy created a relaxed environment where we felt comfortable and safe to share and explore different techniques and positions for birth (even if some of them had us giggling!) Peggy was professional, patient and nurturing. Honestly we couldn't have asked for a better experience, it was exactly what we needed and we now both feel more confident going into birth. I know my husband is excited to have a whole tool-box of practical ways he can help during labour!

Peggy is very knowledgeable and experienced - this comes across in her delivery. The relaxation/ hypnosis techniques taught on this course were invaluable for myself and my partner. Peggy helped me to have a very positive birthing experience as close to my original birth preferences as possible, despite things not going exactly to plan. This was my second birth, I did practice hypnobirthing for my first birth, but I had read a book (didn’t attend a course) and needed some reminders. I also had different concerns this time to those I had leading up to my first birth. Peggy was able to answer all my questions and concerns as well as giving some additional useful tips and information that I hadn’t heard of before. Thank you Peggy!

I did a full day vision board session with Peggy, which I can strongly recommend . Peggy was a lovely hostess and had organized all details really well. Loved the positive vibe and energy in the group after the “let go” exercise. Very empowering. Peggy helped and supported with filling in some unanswered questions and gaps on my board. Love how my board turned out and every time i look at it it gives me a warm and positive feeling. Feeling really good about it.

Peggy has such a lovely way with people, she is calm, non intrusive and you feel nurtured by her though you lead the way. I took part in a 12 week One of Many program with Peggy as my coach between Sept and December 2021. The interactions came at a point during last year when I was coping with a lot in both my personal and professional life. I was low in energy, with very changing moods and feeling lost. I originally said yes to the coaching to unlock my work, but when we started it morphed into trying to simply find joy again. Over the 12 weeks, I was gently nudged into defining what Joy meant for me, therefore reassessing myself, my goals and my values through sessions, questions and also exercises. We also looked at all aspects of my life. The biggest impact has been in giving my previously racing mind total peace. Most days I find and make time for joyful moments and continue to work towards a clear vision of what is important to me. I have improved my fitness finding a new sport activity that I love, and where I still need to figure out a lot, I am facing it with a different approach. I would recommend stepping through this program to anyone feeling they have lost their way in life. A lot is down to what you put in, so make sure you come with an open mind and give the tools a good go. However I am certain that the outcome is also down to Peggy's skilled approach in listening and open questioning. So jump right in !
