I have spent the last three months in sessions with Jill. She has been patient, encouraging, and nurturing. I am now in a good place in my life, and I wouldn't be there without Jill.

Was a little sceptical at first as I though I would never have the confidence to fly again.
How wrong could I have been. Jill was totally amazing putting me at ease as soon as I got there for my first session. After this first one I felt like a different person not maybe thinking I could actually attempt to go on a plane but the confidence in actually flying. Have since had another session yesterday and now don't know if I am more looking forward to the fight than my actual holiday😀😀. I would totally recommend her to all my friends and am due to see her once again to help with my smoking habit
P. h.After suffering with Anxiety for many years, I went to see Jill, she was recommended to me by a friend, Using a combination of Counselling and Hypnotherapy, Jill helped me get to the route of the problem, and work my way through it. Life is much calmer now. Jill is very genuine and respectful.
