I've been working with Ivan for several months now after general anxiety issues left behind after feeling isolated during the pandemic. The sessions that we do together on a regular basis of half talking and half breathwork have absolutely transformed me from where I was 9 months ago. I will continue to practice breathwork for the benefits that I feel it offers. The sessions, 50% talking 50% practice, were quite a journey. One I value to the point of feeling a little sad that they came to an end. Though the end is actually a way forward.
