Never had shisha delivery before, so I called to ask how does it work. Every employee I interacted with was so nice and helpful, trying to make sure I had the best experience, from the person on the phone explaining me how it works to the delivery man who made sure that I was covered and ready to go. Not to mention the ongoing messages from the company, which were keeping me up to date with the status of my order. The shisha looked clean, new and nice, and the flavour was great! They even gave me extra coal and a coal burner, and let me tell you, the shisha lasted for ages! I think the idea is simply brilliant and executed to perfection by the company. Well done 👏🏻

I loved the sheesha. The flavour was on point. They came and delivered on time and the guy was really polite and sweet. They also kept in mind that I had school runs and picked it up in time and again he was really polite and asked how it was. Really would recommend hookah Xpress and would love to order again soon. From the initial phone call right through to the collection of the shisha the service provided by Hookah Xpress cannot be faulted. The prompt updates regarding the order was brilliant. The quality of the shisha smoke was brilliant and the shisha’s themselves were of fantastic quality. Great shisha! And Really good prices the cheapest in birmingham we found everywhere else we called was more expensive. Normally flavour burns out really quick but the flavour lasted long, smoke wasn't harsh at all. Also 10/10 customer service kept me informed on my order through out.
