Awesome Experience - We are into Herbal business and got a last minute order from one of our regular customer for a next day delivery. This was 4PM in the evening and our regular post office was closed du eto royal mail strikes etc. I spoke to Mark and he was courteous and prompt, sorted out everything in a span of 30 minutes. Gave really geuine advice and support. The parcel was sucessfully delivered next day right on time. Great Local business with strong ethics & customer services. I am definitely coming again. Exceedingly high! With a tight schedule and a large product that I required delivered, their staff and Mr.Mark worked through unexpected roadblocks and delays on my end to get the delivery to me on time. Additionally, make sure there is constant, clear communication. My quote was quickly updated, and they made every effort to keep the price as low as possible. THE WHOLE STORY - I traveled to the UK to study in the city of Coventry, and brought with me three enormous suitcases full of clothing and a box full of shoes. However, due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to return to the United States and leave my luggage behind. That's how I discovered defenda, and I called Mr. Mark for help. I asked him to keep my personal belongings until I got home, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to tell Mr. Mark for more than 40 dayss!!! And then, 40 days later, when I called with very little hope, Mr. Mark answered the phone and informed me that my bags were packed and ready to travel! Name me another business that will protect your personal property for more than 40 days and not charge you a penny!!! And now all of my stuff has got back to me ! All I know is that if somebody in the UK asks me for a courier service, I will without a doubt suggest defenda couriers. As they helped me on the personal and Mr. Mark should employee of the year !
