Excellent service. Had text few days before delivery to offer a date...I was given link to allow me to track van on the day...got call from Driver to let me know would be with me in approx 20mins..and he was. Large table delivered and set up without any problems... Unfortunately problem with table ..Manufacturing not delivery...So today Billy came back accompanied by Jamie with replacement ..couldn't have went smoother.

This company is absolutely amazing. Had two delivery drivers deliver my items and they were sooo patient communicated with me when they were running behind on time.... when they arrived they even helped assemble my furniture for me..... I was extremely grateful to them..... if only all delivery companies were like them the world would be a much calmer place!!! THANKYOU.

My delivery was dispatched with you on the 12th March, 6 weeks ago and I still cannot get anyone to confirm if it will ever be delivered, the delivery time on this when ordered was 7-10 days long before lock down was announced on the 23rd March, you must be the only delivery company that is not actually making any deliveries!! the only information I had made available to me was that it had actually reached your Coventry depot before the 23rd horrendous experience... update.....your company got in touch with me directly and made delivery within 2 days, the courier was very helpful and professional guiding us from a distance on the best way to get the cabinet out of the box with no damage, once contact was made the service was 5 star all the way, thank you.
