Shipped an electric piano and other personal items to Germany, everything arrived in perfect condition. They repacked everything with extra bubble wrap, wrote a full itemised list of the contents and completed a declaration form for customs. Incredible customer service, and very friendly. Very reasonably priced as well compared to alternative companies, highly recommend!

Absolutely first rate. Glasgow City P&S collected and shipped a large, heavy, but relatively fragile antique from the UK to the US for me. The packing was excellent, the price reasonable, the pick-up and delivery timely. They gave me regular updates throughout the process. Truly excellent. Hats off to Pack and Send Glasgow. I stupidly left my work iPhone in Spain and contacted various couriers to pick up my phone, package it and send back to me. I didn’t realise this would be so hard to arrange but it was until I found Pack and Send. Malcolm and Ainsleigh arranged someone to go pick my phone up and package it up to send it back to me. I contacted them on Monday morning and had my phone back in my possession on the Thursday. What a great service and decent price to do all this for me. I’d recommend anyone to utilise their services. Highly recommend. I m so pleased I found this company :) Absolutely fantastic professional service with added smile by Pack & Send UK store in Glasgow. Great communication from the Team from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Regular updates provided and service tailored around my requirements. Had to send a painting abroad and really struggled to find a suitable company to assist. Found them when browsing online and got a really nice call back first thing the next morning. They even professionally packaged for me and provided insurance for a small fee. Painted arrived safe and sound and in perfect condition. The quality of service with Pack & Send is a dream come true. I am an international student who was studying in Scotland, but had to leave my stuff behind in my accommodation when I stayed in my home country during the lockdown. Instead of having to fly back and quarantine just to collect my belongings, Pack & Send said they could do it for me. They helped me convince my university's accommodation staff that it is okay for me to hire a company to collect my things. What a fantastic service. We moved from Scotland to Canada with a few large boxes of sentimental items. Julie and Ainslee in the Glasgow office sorted everything out, giving us loads of information and made the whole move easy. I thought this would be the most difficult part of the move, turned out to be the easiest thanks to the staff at Glasgow.

I was moving from Glasgow to London at relatively short notice. All my clothes/ personal items went into 3 boxes over night at a fraction of the cost that I had budgeted for. In fact, the boxes were in my flat before I was the next day leaving me with nothing to carry except an overnight bag and laptop. Moreover, on the back of this brilliant first experience , I asked for a quote for a stand up piano, stool, chair, pouffee and several paintings , which was also well below my price expectations. All my items arrived expertly wrapped with a scratch on the piano and a crack in the glass of the paintings. Above and beyond A huge thanks to Malcolm, Julie, Ainsley and Ruaidh of Pack & Send, Glasgow who went above and beyond to relocate us to Cork, in Ireland by navigating through the Brexit Red Tape during a global pandemic. I first made contact with them, by chance, when they were shipping a computer for my colleague to Switzerland from my place of work in December. I was most impressed with their professionalism. I made my initial enquiry to assist us to relocate. After many months of uncertainty and delay due to covid restrictions, all of a sudden it was clear to move in May within 2 weeks! Once we had all our belongings packed and uplifted by Pack & Send, Glasgow…. This is where ‘Brexit’ bit! The haulage company that Malcom had arranged to ship our belongings suddenly pulled out…. In the end Malcom and Ruaidh, drove our belongings all the way to Cork. I would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again. Last minute shipment from France to Inverness. I just moved from Paris to Inverness for the winter. I decided last minute to ship all my things rather than leave in a friends cellar. Pack and send offered the best rate, I accepted their offer late on Friday afternoon. A pick up was arranged for Tuesday afternoon in Paris, goods were delivered in Inverness by COB Friday, cases all in perfect condition. My only regret is I didn't put another case in the shipment instead of travelling with a very heavy case. I will definitely use Pack and Send next time I move.
