D. A.Went to pick up a missed parcel. The postcode on the ticket directed me to their staff parking lot where a couple of friendly workers told me the customer parking lot was actually on the other side.
Went there and got my parcel in less than a minute, very quick and easy
G. G.Good service, staff always helpful despite being busy and very tolerant of the not so helpful MOP who come to collect despite the very clear signage if what ID etc is required! Waiting area can be very cramped during busy times as it's a small space; easy parking unless busy. A bit off the beaten track but straightforward enough.
