R. H.Really helpful staff, very easy to access the delivery office to collect parcels which couldnt be delivered
R. H.Efficient. Most of the time. A couple of older posties could do with some customer service training however.

D. L.Just wanted to thank one Gentleman working there who heard me! Had an issue with not receiving letters and was really desperate as was waiting for something very important. The week after the letter came.Not sure whither its because of him but i could see how much he tried to help.
T. C.I don't know the gentleman name at the post office but he has such good manners and very helpful. The post has not been great but these things happen so I am giving just for him 5 stars he has helped me the past 2 days and I be going there again tomorrow. Just remember people they are short staff so give them a break if you not received your post just go here and check see if it is there make it a lot easier I done it and will keep going down everyday up until Christmas.
a. d.Our post person “think his name is Alex” he is absolutely amazing, everyday he’s here with our post with a smile and a cheery chat, even with this horrendous weather we’ve had he was there fighting through the snow with all his mail and parcels. All I can say he’s one in a million and deserves some sort of recognition from his bosses!! Please let him know we appreciate all that he does.
D. B.If you ever get a collection card in through your letterbox be sure to head down as soon as they open at 7am for the quickest turn around to get your letter/parcel .. The desk clerk is relatively quick when it comes to grabbing things from the back, just remember to bring ID with you for proof!!

s. H.Postmen walk miles a day in all weathers and have to tolerate vicious dogs and rude people every day. The people writing bad comments don't have a clue how hard the job is!

W. H.Only one notice for this, check availability before you go. New time tables 8 to 10am and 2.30 to 4.30 but always check. They do change.
