W.My son ordered a double vanity unit from Victoria plumbing and this company was paid to deliver it on a certain date but they didn't bring it to their hub until late and then I had to phone them when they didn't arrive. Then they couldn't deliver it on the date I asked for. I ended up picking it up myself from their hub in my car. My Son only received a 3rd of the delivery money back. It would have been cheaper for me to pick it up myself. I will ask next time who is delivering my parcel and pay another firm to deliver it on time.
