A. O.Good customer service. I had been expecting a parcel from Parcel Force for over 2 weeks. Staff on duty was very helpful. Gave me a printout and redirected me to local post office where I located my parcel.

M. W.I have never had any issues with my items being delivered. Last time I was in but I missed the door bell probably because I was vacuuming (try three times, just in case I can't here the first two).
Going to the office to pick up was fast, small queue there, and I was served promptly by a kind old man.
I am not a fan of the opening hours though, it would be better from 8:15 to 16:15 every working day, Monday to Saturday, so you can cover all kind of customers with different shifts. Also, all Callers employees would be working full-time.
Please also hire local people to prevent employees to travel through London when they could be happily be working near their home addresses.
J. E.Quick service on this occasion, but I dislike having to pick up parcels that could have been left at a neighbour's, every other delivery service manages to knock at the neighbour's, PO needs to catch up. The opening hours are also not very accommodating in my opinion
o.During covid I was shocked to see that the delivery office closes at 9am. So I rushed there and unfortunately realised I forgot my id. Thankfully the staff managed to arrange an alternative.
