Went there to send an urgent parcel abroad and the staff and the manager, María were extremely helpful in ensuring the package gets there on time. There was a small issue as I put the wrong description for the contents of the package but this was resolved by the team very professionally. Great customer service and will definitely use their services again.

Went there for Greek passport photos for my daughter, and got the photos in 10 minutes. Greek passport photos have lots of specifications and requirements and can easily be rejected by the embassy. The staff knows their job, polite and professionals. Good value for money service and also 10minutes walk from the Greek embassy. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, genuinely nice and eager to help. We wanted some passport pictures for our 15 month old boy who wasn’t in the mood... they spent at least 30 minutes with us trying to make my son feel comfortable for the picture! After 50 tries, the perfect picture was snapped! Highly recommend!

Much prefer going to this post office than any other in the area. They are so helpful and kind and they actually makes going to the post office an enjoyable experience rather than one I dread. They always figure out the quickest cheapest way for you to ship your items for you and you're always treated with kindness and patience in the process. Definitely recommend.

I have used Mail Boxes etc for many years for printing projects. Back several years I would always work with Ilze the manager. I always was pleased with how very carefully she took charge of my job and was always finished to a high standard. Now there is a new manager JC and again I have had very pleasing results for big print jobs and attention to detail and so forth. My last job was shipped to me and I have no problems with what I was charged to ship. I have seen other comments on this site that people were not happy with some charges for shipping; however, you need to remember they are providing a service and in this world of business are entitled to charge fees for convenience of dropping off and handling of people’s packages. I am very satisfied and will continue to get my jobs done here.

Great place for a variety of postal services. The staff here are so nice and very helpful. Had to ship a package to Germany once express and they assisted me very professionally even calling DHL the next day when I popped in to check on its progress. They have Royal Mail Post options so it's just as good as going to the Post Office down the road minus the very long waiting time there. Since the photo place a few doors down closed they also do Passport Pictures and they helped me with this too. Thanks Mail Boxes Etc. Ken High.

Fantastic responsive staff - right from the constant 'Who's next?' to a busy shopful of people all with different IT needs, to the complete confidence in their use of their firm's technology for lightning speed of scanning, printing,emailing all done and billed with incredible speed, surety and friendliness. Compare this to the same task given to Ryman's in the same road yesterday. Very friendly staff but a wait of 40 minutes (the woman in front of me had been sending 4 small parcels for the last hour) and a queue of 8 frustrated people behind me, annoyed that my task took the young woman 4 goes. It involved, as above at Mailshop, sending my tax information of 15 double sides plus 19 pages of double sided bank statements. The machine stopped half way through so I felt underconfident. We had to check on a screen the size of an iphone, being overwhelmed by the muttered frustration of the queue of waiting customers. After the 4th attempt we decided it might all be there. When I got home I found that random backup pages had been missed out: it was useless. Was so glad the young woman had suggested she send the scanned copies to me , rather than to my accountant! I did notice that staff at the front of the shop were serving one, two and at the most, three customers. At the far end there was a long queue for scanning, staff directed printing and emailing with not less than 8 customers waiting and another 4 at the ready to be served. Shop floor, use of staff at times, days, seasons needs to be reorganised. Also staff need to be trained on the technology until its like their own mind and body, functioning confidently and competently. The worry, met with by such effective efficiency at Mail Boxes this morning almost made me cry with joy! - as I told the young woman who was by then serving at least 2 other customers but managed to acknowledge my remark.
