They are the paragon of efficiency and service. I came in with a still-open box for an item I was returning outside the UK. They printed out the mailing label and taped it all up in a flash. Later they rang me to say that I needed to provide a customs declaration and they kindly held the package until I was able to send them the pdf. Within seconds, they took care of it. Excellent all around!

Faced with long queues at the Post Office up the road, this is a great alternative - I have always found it quick and easy to send parcels in the UK and abroad. If you do have to pay a bit extra than elsewhere (not sure of this but some of the previous reviews suggest that is the case) then I'd say its worth it to save 20-30 minutes of your life! In my experience the prices are comparable with other retailers I've used. I've always found the service to be very personable and friendly.
