Best service i could ever ask for. Picked up the bike and delivered it with no problems at all. Even hanged around well after delivery time to ensure the receiver got home and helped them store it away. Kept me updated all the way to the end. Andy is providing a fantastic and professional, trustworthy service here. Incredible service, a small close-nit team who really care about the bikes they move and know that customer satisfaction is key. Big thanks to all the guys, Great communication from start to finish both with me, the seller and Inbetween themselves as a team. They are regularly dealing with premium motorcycles both dealerships and private buyers like me. Vans they use are high end with proper tie downs & weight-rated loading ramps. Considerate too, they had the bike quietly unloaded & delivery paperwork completed on my drive prior to letting me know they were outside (Via phone call so they did not have to touch my doorbell I might add!) all because I mentioned I might be on a Zoom meeting at their arrival time. Worth every penny & would highly recommend they moved my BMW Urban GS from Wales 😎

I had purchased a new bike from CMC motorcycles and had arranged for it to be delivered my only stipulation was that I was on nights the bike had to be delivered before 5pm as I had to leave my home for work. I was told to expect delivery around 4pm so I was concerned how late in the day it might arrive, the day of delivery I received a text at 9am your bike has arrived I looked out the window sure enough it was being unloaded can't thank the delivery company enough for their fast efficient service it was spot on they made me first drop many thanks, would I recommend yes most definitely.

Very very happy with the service from Move motorcycles. Andy and his team not only ensure that my bikes were collected and delivered to the dealer but also collected my brand new motorbike from the dealer and delivered it to me. All this was done on a schedule much quicker than the dealer and at a very competent price. The entire experience from collection to delivery was clear with text message notifications and pictures of the bike being loaded and unloaded. I will certainly be using Move Motorcycles again when I plan a motorcycle holiday with my friends in order to transport bikes to a particular location and for the trip back home therefore avoiding riding on the boring motorway section. 5 stars!

Fantastic service from this company. I have used them once before so this is my second delivery. On this occasion I needed a bike moved very quickly . Purchased late on Friday evening and had bike picked up on Monday morning. To do this Andy had to re arrange all his routes over the weekend to do this. I’ve used their services twice now. Once for a 1998 R1 and once for a 1993 Fireblade, both fairly classic and worth looking after. I can definitely recommend, great communication, they spoke to the seller directly (making life easier for me and the seller) and delivered safely and on time. I was recommended 'Move Motorcycles' when I needed a recently purchased motorcycle from Henlow, Bedfordshire shipped to Winchester, Hampshire. The booking process online was simple and straightforward. With only one day to go before the arranged pick up I changed the delivery address to Christchurch, Dorset. This change was completed with no stress or fuss ....... or any type of admin/extra fees! My contact throughout this transaction was Andy and he called me on numerous occasions to keep me up to date with the process. The day of arrival I was again called by Paul the driver to tell me he was only 30 minutes away. On delivery Paul was a gent and you could tell that these guys understand that they're dealing with your prised possession and every move was completed with much care. The question is, would I use this company again and would I recommend that you use them? Hell yes!

Insane customer service! Paid for my bike 09/03/21 @ around 10:30 AM, it was scheduled, picked up, and delivered 10/03/21 before 8:00 PM!!!!!!!! Individual who called me to insure someone would be available to sign for the delivery (Picture of bike being delivered to me with photo ID due to Covid-19) and schedule it accordingly was polite and professional and as the sale and insanely short delivery time highlight EXTREMELY accommodating!
