Julian was a pleasure to work with. I was on holiday and left a few sweaters at an AirBnb. PACK & SEND was able to pick up my items from the management company's office and ship them to me. Very easy and very prompt service and communication. I received my package within 2 days. I would definitely use them again!

Amazing service, so much easier, faster and cheaper than a competitor I used before. It took only 3 days to get something delivered overseas compared to 'baggagehub' which took almost 3 weeks with no tracking service and unfriendly service. I used Pack & Send to collect an extremely rare and valuable 17th century antique table clock from a restorer in London for shipment to my home in the USA. Julian was superb. He stayed in contact with the restorer while the restoration progressed and when the clock was ready, picked it up immediately. The clock was wrapped in protective bubble wrap, boxed then crated with protective padding. It flew through customs because all the paperwork was right. When the clock arrived, I could have kicked the crate down the street and I'm certain there would have been no damage because the packing was so secure (obviously I didn't do that). The email communication throughout was timely and thorough. I can think of no possible areas for improvement. If you need a job done perfectly, call Julian. Thank you!

I was sceptical about sending my my 27" imac from London to Luxembourg, but Pack and Send absolutely nailed it. Their service was professional and informative every step of the way, and my imac arrived here in Luxembourg today fully intact. That's not surprising, I'm sure it would have survived a bomb blast given how well it was wrapped. Excellent service, would definitely use them again!
