Today I sent 2 large 20kg suitcases to my wife in Omsk, Siberia. The girls in the office were very friendly and helpful and wrapped them up for me. I was amazed by the price of £180 as I had been told by Aeroflot to expect maybe £3-400. Overall, an excellent service.

I have recently used UKay Express to send a parcel to Ukraine, this is my probably 4th or 5th time I have used their services. No issues at all- service is very convenient as you can book a parcel's collection online. There is also a phone number you can call- it is always answered and assistance or/and advice provided. The parcel was delivered within 2 weeks from home collection in London to delivery in Kharkiv, Ukraine. You can track your parcel online as well and get notifications of the progress.

I used this service when I was sending a parcel to Moscow, Russia. It was a big box weighing 18 kg. The parcel was delivered to the destination in 2 weeks as promised. I was able to track the parcel’s journey throughout the time. The only delay in tracking was when the parcel reached Russia and was handed to Pochta Rossii. This is a very slow and low quality postal service as it has always been. Unfortunately all parcels eventually go through Pochta Rossii. But thankfully it didn’t take long. Very professional and prompt customer service. Will definitely recommend everyone to use their service and will be using them again soon.
