I love this family run business, they are friendly and do everything they can to satisfy customers. I have shopped with them for years and never been disappointed. During lockdown they made every effort to provide customers with basic packs for which included bread and eggs at affordable prices. Thank you guys.

I’ve been so impressed with the quality and range of the fruit and vegetables from Universal Gardens and the prompt delivery!! It’s been the highlight of my week during lock down when I first started with their service. I can’t recommend them highly enough, customer service is excellent ( often a little personal email from Jurgita) and produce is fabulous- delicious food, perfectly fresh. I’ll definitely be continuing with them!

I have been ordering my fruit and vegetables from Universal Gardens since the lockdown and honestly cannot recommend them enough. The quality of their products is always outstanding, they have the tastiest tomatoes I had in UK so far! You can even have some Italian specialties such has cime di rapa and round aubergines which are very rare to find in London. Jurgita and Alessandro are kind and always accommodate my requests.

A friend suggested Universal Garden when the Lockdown started and I have been so pleasantly surprised. Very reasonably priced boxes for an amazing variety and quality. Receiving them every week has been a highlight of the confinement! I have recently started ordering fish too and I am thrilled as fishmongers are hard to find these days! Jurgita and Alessandro are both lovely and super efficient, always trying their best to source anything you may need. Highly recommended!

We started with small boxes and vegetable and now we ended up buying most of our grocery with them. The quality of the food is amazing, they are super flexible in changes and they answers to any questions we have. They are a small business but they definitely had a great impact on us during this lockdown, delivering food and offering amazing quality.

We've been using the team at UGL since March 2020, and have found them excellent. The quality of fruit and veg is great, far better than other companies we used previously - and the team are really friendly and helpful (sourcing flour in the lockdown, when no supermarket had any, for example). Definitely recommend!
