P. D.The team at the office are great, however when I see a parcel is coming via RM I know I will be paying them a visit as RM seem unable to leave with a neighbour? Appears easier for the delivery team to just leave a card half the time not completed correctly just a tick, pick up at local sorting office... The open times are ridiculous now, used to be 08.00-12.00 now its two hrs here & there RM are not customer focused at all

P. C.This place is the best place I have ever worked at. I should imagine it is also brill for customers who collect as there is ample free parking on surrounding streets (no double yellow lines).
E. C.Don't like where its located but the staff team there are fantastic always greating me with a smile and asking how I'm doing. Each time I go I have an amazing experience, staff are polite and very helpful in dealing with me and if I have any questions they are always happy to help and resolve any issues I have.
