A. 1.Usually very good service, but you need to change your closing time on weekdays so that those of us who work during the day don't have to wait until Saturdays to pick up our post! Not everyone is dolescum who can turn up at any time!
M. B.I've use the collection centre many times over my 25 years of living in Middleton and have always had great service.

B. M.I had received a message from a supplier that a parcel had been delivered for my collection.
This could not be traced initially, but the staff were under pressure and promised a computer trace.
The parcel was delivered to my house in the afternoon, rather than my having to collect. Well done and Thank you.

C. B.Is a busy place but one has to visit it to collect misdelivered parcels. Staff is straight forward, quick and happy to help.
If you are polite, they might help you more with missing parcels.
