D.Been using them a while. Their service is good but the website? It's belong to 10 years ago and not practical at all. We have eCommerce company and they don't have any integration solution. A booking normally would take a minute takes at least 5-7 minutes with their website.

C. H.We have been using CSM for a few years now for delivery of goods via UPS. CSM basically provide UPS service at a great price, but and more importantly, when there is an issue with a consignment it was impossible dealing with UPS until we found out the CSM would deal with issues for us and suddenly our UPS woes were over. I would add that UPS rarely have issues, generally during the peak of Christmas and now the guys at CSM deal with them for us and our customers are happy again ! Top service, thanks guys!
