I am a disabled customer. The delivery driver who delivered my products today was courteous, helpful and timely. Parcel delivery was at 8.48am to Sprowston Norwich please thank him most kindly.

Not my choice of courier as ordered from Wickes. When you get a text the day before delivery there is no link like other's where you can designate a place to leave goods incase you're not going to be in during the 5 hour time window they give!!!! My delivery was 8am to 1pm........had a flu jab appointment at 8.30am so did leave a note on door. However, at 9.30am got a text with a link to track driver. My goods were collected at 9.06am (quite a good app)but then tracked around Felixstowe & back to Ipswich. No movement for 25 minutes & where the van was there is a drive in Macdonald's 👍about 10 minutes away........l did think if the driver was English l would ask him how his brunch was.🤣 My delivery arrived after 11am & no the driver could barely speak English & despite seeing me on crutches left the goods on the path outside the front door, most drivers regardless of their nationality offer to put deliveries in the porch area! I felt my driver was more interested in getting back in his van where a huge bag of crisps was waiting to be scoffed! Perhaps a tweak here & there could be beneficial especially with regards to customer interaction instead of a 'grunt'.......otherwise not too bad, but improvement would get 5 stars🌟

Goods arrived well within delivery window, so can't fault that, would have got 5 stars if driver had actually knocked on door, only knew they had been delivered when I see driver leaving my property and went to door to find them on doorstep.

Delivery driver was very kind and gave us a drink after we finished very kind

I would like it known that Citysprint Norwich gave me excellent service, starting with Matt Broom who organized the collection from Glasgow and made sure all was delivered to me in Gorleston. Frank the delivery driver was very polite and made sure all was put into my home. thank you all, i would recommend your firm to anyone who wants a good job done.

Highly recommended. Excellent service,just had kitchen units delivered on behalf of Wickes Lowestoft. Driver rang about 15 minutes prior arrival, was very pleasant,polite, & unloaded within a very short time. Very professional. Thank you.
