Excellent service. Each stage is straight forward and response times are very quick. You are informed immediately after they receive your delivery then you pay for packing and shipping. Very efficient and useful service. I paid just basic packing and everything was securely packaged including liquids in separate bags in case of spillage. A fantastic service for purchasing those things without international shipping and a much cheaper alternative to other shops that do but add a huge premium.

I have used this service for the last two months. The web interface needs improvement but the service has been superb. Emails are answered promptly, rates are clear and very competitive, Their estimates of shipping times are conservative, meaning your shipment actually arrives earlier than their estimate. I have been a client of Reship in the US for the last two years. Two thumbs up to the staff here! I had a missing ForwardVia consolidated parcel (due to external courier) and was bordering on hysterical trying to find it. The staff responded to my email requests for help swiftly and managed to track down the missing parcel’s location, as well as arrange for redelivery to me. This aside, the parcel forwarding service is also smooth and fuss-free. Highly recommend this option to online shoppers outside of UK!

I then decided to signed up with Forwardvia which promptly assigned me a UK delivery address and Ship2me services. Forwardvia received my Amazon Roberts Stream 94i on 6th December 2018 and promptly shipped it to me on 7th December 2018 via DHL Express. I received the package on 10th December 2018. I am very happy with Forwardvia excellent services. I will definitely recommend Forwardvia and will place another order for Ship2me for Ruark R2 Mk3 soon. i've ordered a book from amazon.co.uk which couldn't be delivered to my address (probably due to it's weight) - so i turned to forwardvia. they provide you with the address in uk, where your orders from amazon (or other shop) can be delivered. as soon as forwardvia receives your package, they will let you know and you can then choose the forwarding from several options. although forwarding via upc, dhl etc may be more expensive than regular mail, if you need the product that can not be delivered to your address directly from the online shop, this is definitely a way to go. plus they are very responsive and trying to keep their prices as low as possible. simply put: a reliable forwarding service ;)
