Robert & his team were absolutely brilliant in my first house move - they made the process easy and stress free and offered a fair price. We managed to move and unload my belongings in under 3hrs and the journey to the next home was on its own was 45mins - so the whole process was super speedy!! I was so impressed and thankful also for their humour and friendliness during the process. I would 100% recommend this team for removals. Thanks again Robert & co!

Bob and his team collected a piano I had acquired and delivered it to my home. They were friendly and efficient, and managed to get the piano through the (very tight) patio doors with what seemed like minimal effort. Robert, Oliver and Darren recently moved my partner and I from a 1 bed to a 2 bed flat. They were polite, efficient and straightforward to deal with, dropping off plenty of boxes for packing up our books a week beforehand so that we were ready to go on the day. They turned up early, brought a can-do attitude to the job and were friendly and affable throughout. Despite us having some unusually heavy furniture, and some tricky angles into the flat they never once complained and negotiated all logistical difficulties with ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a quick/short-notice move, as they managed to squeeze us in at a couple of weeks notice. Top quality service all round. 10 out of 10!

Couldn’t fault the whole team, arrived early ready to get packing, we had our beds dismantled and the kitchen packed by them and it was done very efficiently. The whole team were very friendly and professional, the whole house was in the emptied and contents in the van within 2 hours. Sally who did our kitchen pack was exceptional! Robert and his gang assisted me with my extremely last minute home move after I was let down somewhat by a larger company. Moving is incredibly stressful, but the whole process from start to finish with Yellow Duck was BRILLIANT. On the day of the move the guys battled against heavy rain and high winds, but all my furniture and items were safely wrapped up and delivered spotless. They were incredibly swift, efficient, very polite and friendly. Extremely competitive with their price. I would recommend their service as excellent. Thanks again Robert!

Bob and his merry team arrived bright and early. They were very polite and helpful. They ensured that they did everything that we needed and more on top. Nothing was too much trouble - we had a garden swing that we were going to take apart, they just unhooked it and in the van it went. They wrapped and protected everything and the van was very clean and well organised. Once finished they took it all away and said to give them a ring when we got the keys. This was still fairly early, giving us time to clean up, mission accomplished we were happy and relaxed! I would definitely use them again

With the decision to engage Yellow Duck to carry out our move, we have made the right choice. Within only one day after our call Robert came to us for a viewing appointment. He got a quick and competent overview. A price offer for the move and the packing of our stuff was sent to us by mail on the same day. On the day of the move from our 1-Bed-Flat in Eastleigh to our new Mobile-Home in Littlehampton Robert and his team were on time in the apartment. As soon as we arrived, we started packing. Robert and his team were always very friendly and helpful. We were able to let Robert and his team work alone without hesitation, to do some things in our new home. Many pieces of furniture (high-quality German solid wood furniture) had to be dismantled. Without the slightest damage this was done by the Yellow Duck Top-Team. After Robert had planned two days for the complete move in advance, we were surprised when he called us at noon and said that he and his team were finished with the store and would leave right away. Wow - people work really fast. In the early afternoon, the Yellow Duck team arrived with two vehicles and started unloading and setting up the furniture right away. The problems we feared from the narrow doors and hallway in the mobile home were solved by Robert in a professional way. If a piece of furniture was too big, another part was dismantled. Also the assembly of the furniture was done to our satisfaction. No part was scratched or otherwise damaged. The furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it to be. A great team with a lot of expertise. Even the packed items survived the move without any damage. The team packed everything break-proof. Not a single glass or porcelain broke! And then there was the speed ... It was impressive how fast the Yellow Duck team unloaded the two vehicles and distributed all the boxes (there must have been more than 60) around the house. Our opinion about Yellow Duck, Robert Singh and his team: highly recommendable. The people work fast and conscientiously, they know what they are doing, are always friendly and in a good mood. We are more than satisfied with the price and performance and would hire Yellow Duck to move again at any time!
