Good never had a issue , Out of the way for residents that live the other side of the river to collect/send mail , Ok by car only the bus service is rubbish to get there and back home. , I miss the office located in town it was more central with good transport links.

I collect parcel from here regularly and they have always been very friendly and helpful. When I have had a problem they tried really hard to sort it out for me so no complaints. British gas guys collecting their days spares fill up the car park but otherwise no issues.

Very good option to pick up my parcels and letters close to work. I only problem is that I a parking. There is nothing of you coming at certain times of the day.

Your slips say your open until 7pm. Your website states you're open until 7:30pm; Google maps reckons 11am; The piece of paper stuck on the door has 12pm. *Shrugs*

During the Christmas season, this is one of the friendliest services available. The staff are very friendly and down-to-earth for customers. It is better than private courier collection centers. Royal Mail services are simply awesome.

Difficult to get there being limited hours 7-11am Monday to Friday. Had to be Saturday morning to collect but it was painless. 2 mins from getting in to coming out. Good service considering the problems we're all going through. Very happy about this experience

Staff is most of the times are very friendly and helpful. The current opening times are anything, but helpful, as they only open in the Morning. Except on Thursdays. Plenty of parking space, but inside there is barely any room, hence long queues expected at peak times.

Normal postperson is really good the new one delivers your letters where ever he likes postal service bit slow but normally gets there
